I've been using this app for about 3–4 months and it’s one of the best fitness apps I’ve tried. I like that it combines workouts and calorie tracking in one place. The interface is simple and easy to use. I trained 5 days a week using its programs, which really helped me stay consistent with both workouts and nutrition. After a few months, my body has noticeably improved — I feel healthier, more energetic, and in much better shape. Highly recommended 👍
